Strand Cala Bona auf Mallorca (Ostküste)
The beachfront at Cala Bona stretches out over 1.5km. There are a total of 3 beaches at Cala Bona. Each beach is protected by man-made breakwater structures forming coves that reach out into the sea for around 100m. All three coves are around 150m wide. The two main beaches are the southernmost & middle which are each around 30 meters wide.

Cala Bona is a small fishing town and holiday resort on the east coast of Majorca in the Balearic Islands of Spain. It consists of a cove with a harbour and surrounding coastal area and lies within the municipality of Son Servera. The population of the town in 2005 was 1,088 inhabitants. In 2011, it had a population of 1,258. [1]

Cala Bona is a sandy beach about 350 m long and 30 wide located in the tourist center of the same name, in the municipality of Son Servera, in the northeast of Mallorca. What was a small fishing village from the 60s became an important tourist center, although smaller, and therefore quieter, than the nearby Cala Millor.

Getting There: Cala Bona is easily accessible by road from Palma Airport in around one hour. Just head out of Palma on the Ma-15 towards Algaida and Manacor. Car hire is the most popular form of transfer, although there are private transfer options, taxis and the A42 Cala Bona - Aeroport public bus which takes 1 hour 45 minutes with numerous stops including Manacor, Portocristo and Cala Millor.
